How We Work Together

When you request a consultation, Garnet Northey will contact you within 24 business hours to arrange a date and time of day that work for you.

Be rest assured, we will arrive for our appointment at the scheduled time on the scheduled day (barring a force majeure) at your preferred location (your property, our office, or online through video conferencing). 

A consultation is the opportunity for us to meet each other, for you to gain insights into your project, and too determine if we are the right fit for each other.

Here’s what to bring to your consultation:

• Questions you have about us and our services
• Questions you have about the design, renovate or build process
• A list of your project wants, needs and desires
• Project designs – if you have any
  

Our goal is to leave you with the following:

• An understanding of the process required to outline your project budget and costs
• An understanding of the design, renovate and build process
• Answers to the questions you raised during the consultation
• A better understanding of whether or not we are a partner you could see yourself working with
• The next steps on the path to a successful completion of your project
