Renewed Curb Appeal
The aim of this home renovation project was to update the exterior of the home, providing renewed curb appeal, along with a few interior updates.
To achieve the finished result, we removed all existing stucco and stone work and replaced it with an all new stucco and stonework design, along with new siding, soffit, fascia and troughs. While this alone renewed the curb appeal, it is the side entry portico and the front entry portico, using a compound curved roof line that provide the wow factor.
On the interior we lined the ceiling of the sunroom with new pine to provide warmth to the room, designed and installed a new fireplace in the living room complete with wood storage, and lined two accent walls with wood plank.
