The Spotlight Treatment
From the design, renderings, permits and inspections, Spotlight made this renovation a breeze. The project was in capable hands and the vision quickly brought to life once trades were in place and demolition began. The master bedroom was created by removing the partition between two existing bedrooms and the closets too in order to maximize floor space. Doors were moved as appropriate. The bedroom took shape with a barn door system at its entrance, new hardwood floors, and newly trimmed windows and doors.
In the en suite, plumbing was rerouted for new fixtures, and a tiled, heated flooring system was installed to enhance the luxe vibe. Dimmable pot lights were installed to always capture the perfect mood while soaking in the large, freestanding tub. A custom tiled shower, complete with frameless glass, was complemented by a natural slate accent wall and slate tub surround. Built-in cabinets, blended with the crisp, new vanity, along with a space-saving pocket door completed this room, which will be enjoyed for years to come!
