The homeowners were motivated to embark on a rebirth of their living space for several reasons. The entrance was small and inconvenient, the kitchen layout made it difficult to access the pantry, the TV area near the open staircase was cluttered with cords, and the sunken living room posed safety concerns.

The main objectives were to enhance the views, create an elegant and safe environment, and improve kitchen storage. To achieve this, we elevated the living room floor to align it with the rest of the space, enhancing safety and creating a sense of grandeur. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace was added to bring elegance to the TV area, concealing the staircase behind it.

The redesign focused on reconfiguring the main entrance, powder room, and kitchen to provide a welcoming sense of spaciousness. Ample storage was incorporated for boots, coats, and other essentials. The walk-in pantry was seamlessly connected to the kitchen, allowing for easy meal preparation while maintaining a tidy kitchen space.

The outcome is a remarkable transformation that exudes a wow factor, enabling stylish and comfortable entertaining. The redesigned space now offers a haven for the homeowners to unwind and take pride in their beautiful home.
